Service Description

Dr. Oestmann’s K-Laser Concierge practice does not have a billing service for insurance claims. However, he will provide you with a billing statement that includes your diagnosis code/description, treatment code/description, and a copy of the treatment notes for you to independently file a claim with your health insurance company or Health Savings Account (HSA). Payment for services is required at or before the time of treatment. A package of 10 treatments is discounted 10% (1 free treatment) at a flat rate of $450.
